Hey y’all! I’m at the Texas Library Association annual conference in Dallas this week. I’m going to be a busy bee, hopping in and out of panels and roaming the exhibit hall. If you spot me in the wild, say hi, and don’t mind if I can’t answer you back properly – I’ve almost completely lost my voice due to a mystery illness. Is it a cold? Is it allergies? All we know is that it’s been going strong for a week and doesn’t appear to be going away anytime soon!
All whining aside, I feel fine, but I’m way too harried to write a blog post this week. Thus, I’m going to plug one of my old posts that sometimes pops into my head at conferences when I see a new dystopia in the wild (fewer and fewer in recent years): Dystopia vs. Science Fiction, a letter to a number of confused souls.
Have a great Wednesday, and we’ll see you next week!
